are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured! In order for us to even start to process the forms to become a legitimate company or business we had to have insurance coverage and liability.
Do you do any financing?
Yes! We can do financing! In partial payments that don't necessarily need to be paid in full before work is done. We accept debit and credit cards as we have a square reader, cash, and checks as well. If you ever have any additional questions to this, please feel free to reach out and ask for more information. (**Checks can not be made to the company, they can be made out in the owner's name or the secretary's name.) **We have not been able to start our own business account bank wise just yet.**
how are your prices?
Are prices, like any type of company in this field, vary depending on the size of the job and what exactly needs to be done. However, from what jobs we have done so far, we have been currently cheaper than most other companies for tree removal.
what do i do if there is an emergency?
Obviously, if it's a serious emergency that has already happened non-tree wise, call 911. If it is something concerning a tree, such as one hanging over your house or garage or getting close to it, even dead trees being blown too hard by the wind, or emergency after storm clean up, give us a call! We are open 24/7 during all major Holidays; except Father's Day and Mother's Day we are open 24/7 these days, and open 24/7 all of the other days of the year!
What if i have an issue?
Unlike some companies or websites we do not have an 800 number to call. If you have any type of issue or concerns about anything related to this company, call us immediately or email us. The issues can be ranging from rescheduling to behavior of employees.
how long are quotes and estimates saved?
We don't really have a set time to discard any quote or estimate. They can always be modified if new things need to be added on or taken off. Although, once a job is done and you need or would like something new done it qualifies for a whole new job which would then require a new quote or estimate.
